The Lee Group provides contract-on-site management
to those accounts who desire this service. Contract
on-site management includes a Lee Group representative to oversee,
in conjunction with the management of our client company, the
orientation, training, payroll tracking and other personnel issues
as needed. This service is designed to relieve our clients of
many of the tasks involved with the management of contract
employees.
Warranty
The Lee Group warranties the performance of each of its associates.
If our associate does not meet your expectations, please notify us
within the first four hours of the associate's assignment and there
will be no charge to you for that time.
Payroll Capability
Client companies may wish to place associates on The Lee Group's
payroll. This releases the client from paying payroll
administrative costs and taxes. This process is particularly
beneficial when approval is not granted for regular hiring.
This feature is offered at a substantially reduced rate to the
normal assignment costs.
Contract-To-Hire
Nine out of ten of The Lee Groups' clients choose to hire our
employees. The Lee Group has developed the following options
for clients:
Contract-to-Hire
After the initial 480 hours, our associate will become your employee
at no additional charge.
Direct Hire
The Lee Group will place an individual in your company for an
assignment fee. This unique program offers you significant savings
in recruiting costs and allows you the opportunity to evaluate
the skills of your prospective employee.
