Tom Beaver

Further extending the firm’s presence and reach, The Lee Group is pleased to announce that Thomas Beaver has joined as Business Development Manager in our Richmond, Virginia office.

In this role, Thomas is tasked with connecting to prospective clients, conducting market research and cultivating lasting relationships with major clients such as Lumber Liquidators and TFC Recycling.

The Lee Group Difference for Thomas is simple: hire the best for the best. And he knows how important hiring the right people can be to the success of any given business.

Thomas is adept at leveraging The Lee Group’s four decades of experience in providing quality hiring solutions, building on the firm’s local ownership model and proven track record of success serving clients of all sizes.

Making the right hiring decisions can make or break a company. Thomas understands that it’s easy for a business to become trapped in a cycle of high turnover rates, constantly hiring and training new candidates who leave after a short stint. It’s the kind of thing that can kill productivity, drive down revenue, and damage morale.

Thomas and The Lee Group specialize in hiring just the right people for just the right jobs. For businesses suffering from hiring problems, or for any business seeking to maximize productivity, Thomas and his team are skilled at providing a solution.

A native of Chesapeake, Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.

When he’s not in the office, Thomas enjoys golf and tennis in the warmer months and snow skiing in the winter. Thomas is also an avid traveler who has visited more than twenty countries in Europe and the Middle East.
