eBusiness Specialists Wanted in Hampton, Virginia

The Lee Group’s staffing team in Newport News, Virginia is currently hiring for eBusiness Specialists for an established, international company, working out of Hampton, Virginia.

The position has a pay rate of $15 to $16 per hour and works Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities in this position include the following:

-Understand and communicate data requirements to support the needs of online search, navigation, merchandising, publications, and system to system integrations

-Communicate data specifications to vendors and ensure the specifications are met

-Perform in-depth analysis to develop, communicate and enforce data quality and completion standards

-Ensure incoming product data supports the needs of online search, navigation, merchandising, publications, and system to system integrations

-Further enrich product data using vendor websites, data portals, and various tools

-Utilize the master data management system and associated resources to research and discern appropriate categorization of products for navigation

-Review and provide feedback on data for quality assurance

-Maintain quality control processes for managing the data and ensure adherence

-Edit product images as required

-Develop and present targeted communications to facilitate vendor compliance

-Escalate vendor communication as needed

-Create and maintain strong relationships and open communication channels with manufacturers

-Address feedback tickets and emails in a timely manner

-Address and resolve complaints in a timely manner, with courtesy and respect

-Support other areas of eBusiness as needed.

Successful candidates should have the following qualifications:

-Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

-Previous experience in content management or related field preferred

-Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel required

-Intermediate to Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop preferred

-Ability to analyze data issues and develop processes to ensure data quality

-Ability to work with and analyze multiple data sets

  • My name is Betty Hall and I have had to awesome experiences with The Lee Group.  My first encounter I went to the office in Chesapeake and spoke with Sheryl Dinger. She said she needed 3 people to work 2nd shift at TFC recycling I replied no you need 2 people.  She then asked if I was a morning or evening person again I replied I’m an unemployed person.  I went to work and after being there for 3 months I was hired on permanently.

    I had been at TFC for a year.   Just by luck I ran into Sheryl Dinger.  We talked and I told her I was still at TFC and I asked her if she had anything else.   She said yes.  I put in my resignation at TFC and started working at Coresix.  Ater working again for 3 months I became permanent.
