The Lee Group’s recruitment and staffing team in Chesapeake, Virginia is currently hiring for Client Success Associate Assistants to support a growing e-commerce organization in Virginia Beach.

The ideal candidate should be motivated by helping clients, growing themselves in the role and furthering the mission of the organization through top performance.

The pay rate for this position – which works from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday – is $12 per hour.

Successful applicants much excel in dealing with technology – both systems and phones. This means high level of proficiency on the computer and with Microsoft Office programs.

All the work in this role is on the computer, so a higher than average typing speed is needed for success. You will send many emails throughout the course of an 8-hour day, so experience in Microsoft Outlook is required.

This position requires spending the majority of time interacting with the Client Success Associates and resolving issues that come up day-to-day with customer orders. Each scenario can be different, but they will all require prompt and accurate investigation and resolution of problems. The Assistant’s job is to step in and help facilitate the resolution of customer issues.

Great communication skills and follow-through is key to success in this role.

Ideally, candidates hired for this role will learn and advance quickly into the full Client Success Associate role.

  • My name is Betty Hall and I have had to awesome experiences with The Lee Group.  My first encounter I went to the office in Chesapeake and spoke with Sheryl Dinger. She said she needed 3 people to work 2nd shift at TFC recycling I replied no you need 2 people.  She then asked if I was a morning or evening person again I replied I’m an unemployed person.  I went to work and after being there for 3 months I was hired on permanently.

    I had been at TFC for a year.   Just by luck I ran into Sheryl Dinger.  We talked and I told her I was still at TFC and I asked her if she had anything else.   She said yes.  I put in my resignation at TFC and started working at Coresix.  Ater working again for 3 months I became permanent.
