Patricia Preston is Branch Manager for The Lee Group’s Richmond, VA office, where she oversees the daily operations of the branch, including the hiring and training of recruiters, and the marketing and networking efforts that build the firm’s customer base.
Most importantly, Patricia builds and maintains close relationships with customers to ensure The Lee Group is delivering on their critical staffing needs. For her, The Lee Group difference means being 100% accountable to her clients all day, every day – and making sure that they receive the best possible customer service the firm can provide.
When Patricia joined the firm in 2016, she committed herself to building a strong relationship with The Lee Group’s top customer and becoming their exclusive provider of temp/hire services. Under Patricia’s direction, The Lee Group soon became the only staffing service actively recruiting for the customer.
Hiring the right people is very important to every client of The Lee Group, and Patricia’s team goes the extra mile to get matches right the first time – thus minimizing wasted time or resources for the client.
Dedicated to her craft, Patricia earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate in 2008 and a Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) in 2015. She expects to earn her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) credential in 2017.
Prior to joining The Lee Group, Patricia served in the U.S. Army, specializing in intelligence.
She enjoys spending time with her very large family and traveling when she’s away from the office.
