As Staffing Manager, Sheryl Dinger is responsible for screening and recruiting qualified employees for placement at The Lee Group client sites – carefully matching skills, experience and education with specific client needs.
Sheryl is a skilled communicator, interacting with clients and contractors on a daily basis and resolving issues, concerns and questions for optimal results. Making sure that employees are prepared for their first day on the job or for their interview, Sheryl considers it a privilege to be a part of changing people’s lives one placement at a time.
The Lee Group difference is a core value that Sheryl lives every day. To her it means never rushing to fill a position just to get it filled. It means making sure it is the right opportunity for the employee, which ultimately makes the client happy. Sheryl is very methodical throughout the placement process. She takes the time and effort to get to know each candidate, and she treats them like she’d want to be treated if she were in their position – because she’s been there.
Sheryl knows that The Lee Group clients need to be able to count on her to fill their openings with truly qualified people. She is committed to setting The Lee Group apart from other agencies by getting placements right the first time – each and every time.

Outside of the office, Sheryl has two boys with extracurricular activities that keep her very busy, and she loves spending time with her two year old granddaughter. Sheryl also loves to exercise – which clears her head and keeps her focused – and visiting the many craft breweries in the area.
A native of Smithfield, VA, Sheryl attended Thomas Nelson Community College and Liberty University, working to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice.
