Tina Williams joined The Lee Group in 2019 as a Business Development Manager for the firm’s Virginia Peninsula and Richmond regions. In that role, she works with new and existing businesses to assess their staffing needs.
“Whether it’s through networking functions or sales calls, I get to meet with companies and talk about how we can help them,” Tina said. “No two days are the same, and I enjoy being on the go and meeting new people.”
A native of Altoona, Pennsylvania, Tina is a graduate of St. Francis University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration.
Tina said the best part of her job is getting the opportunity to positively impact someone’s life.
“I’ve always felt the need to make a difference in people’s lives,” Tina said. “It’s a great feeling to know that I contributed to helping a company grow or created an opportunity for a candidate that will help them personally and professionally. That’s my motivator to being successful.”
Away from the office, Tina enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, walking her Newfoundland and going to concerts.
“I’m excited to help candidates find the right jobs and help match companies with them,” Tina said.
